What you'll be doing
We are seeking a Head of Retail to lead and elevate one of our luxury brands. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving commercial performance, enhancing client experience, and shaping the next phase of growth within a dynamic and evolving retail concept.
This role requires a strong balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of luxury retail, people development, and customer-centric environments.
Drive a client-centric culture, elevating the in-store experience and service standards
Lead the overall retail performance, ensuring delivery of sales, profitability, and key commercial KPIs
Oversee and develop large, multi-functional teams, fostering engagement, performance, and retention
Play a key role in the evolution and transformation of the retail concept, including services and experiential elements
Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, operations, and digital
Ensure excellence in store operations, visual presentation, and execution standards
Identify opportunities for growth, including new initiatives, partnerships, and activations
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business with key clients and external partners
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven track record of leading large teams and driving high performance
Strong experience in luxury retail management, ideally within complex or multi-brand environments
Solid commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs
A highly customer-centric mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally, with a hands-on leadership style
Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments, with agility and adaptability
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, humble, and solutions-oriented approach
