Role Overview

Junior operational role supporting day-to-day store and warehouse activities. Focus on accurate inventory handling, efficient picking/packing, basic reporting, and strict adherence to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) policies.

What you'll be doing  

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods; assist with stock put-away

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders to correct specification

• Conduct routine cycle counts and support stock reconciliations and investigations

• Maintain accurate inventory records in systems and spreadsheets; log discrepancies

• Apply HSSE procedures: follow safe manual-handling practices, report incidents

• Produce basic Excel reports and perform general warehouse housekeeping

What you’ll need to succeed  

• Experience in warehousing, retail store operations or logistics

• Practical experience with inventory, picking and packing processes

• Basic MS Office skills—Excel for data entry and simple reporting

• Attention to detail, reliable, fit for manual tasks and able to work shifts as required

• Familiar with or willing to follow HSSE policies and safety procedures

• Good communicator and team player; comfortable with routine tasks and following instructions
