What you'll be doing  

Our Fashion Consultants are responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience, and ensuring support in other key customer initiatives in-store.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service

• Represent the brand and reflect its values in all customer interactions

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

• Understand customer preferences and provide personalized styling advice

• Stay updated on fashion trends, products, and current promotions

• Support in attracting new customers

• Assist customers in-store

• Work closely with the team to maintain a positive and collaborative environment

• Ensure store standards, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment are maintained

• Support and report any stock issues

What you’ll need to succeed  

• Previous experience in fashion retail

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement

• Ability to build relationships and provide personalized recommendations

• Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality

• Team player with a positive attitude
