What you'll be doing
The Senior Associate – Tax manages key aspects of Transfer Pricing compliance and documentation across multiple markets including UAE, KSA, Qatar, Jordan.
The role reviews tax-sensitive transactions, supports tax audits, performs reconciliations, and prepares draft tax filings.
This position requires stronger technical understanding of tax rules (including OECD TP guidance), analytical skills, and the ability to support Business Units on tax-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance & Filings (Three tier documentation):Preparation of Transfer Pricing Disclosure Forms in line with local regulations.
End-to-end preparation of Local File and Master File documentation in accordance with OECD and local country guidelines.
Support in preparation of Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and related notifications.
Pillar Two Support: Assist with Pillar Two calculations for tax filings, accounting and management reporting.
Technical Tax Support
Maintenance and implementation of Group TP Policy
Support analysis of tax implications for business scenarios
Assist in interpreting tax regulations and summarizing impactsReporting & Analytics
Prepare tax compliance reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses
Support preparation of tax packs and management summaries
Track tax KPIs and compliance timelinesGovernance, Controls & Audits
Maintain complete documentation for internal and external audits
Monitor internal controls over tax-sensitive processes
Support tax risk assessments and remediation actions
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance (Preference for CA and CPAs)
3–5 years of experience in transfer pricing compliance and corporate tax roles.
Technical Skills
Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
Understanding of GCC TP, corporate tax laws and accounting disclosures
Pillar Two knowledge would be an add-on.
Tax Knowledge – Applies TP and Pillar Two rules for relevant jurisdiction
Analytical Thinking – Performs reconciliations and variance analyses
Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in tax filings and data
Communication – Provides clear guidance to stakeholders
Collaboration – Works with Finance, Accounting, and external advisors
Problem-Solving – Resolves tax discrepancies effectively
Process Discipline – Ensures strong adherence to compliance requirements
