What you'll be doing

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Retail Trainer to join our Learning & Development team and support the continuous development of our employees across Egypt. The role will be responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences across the employee journey, starting from onboarding and induction, through continuous development, coaching, and career progression. The ideal candidate should have strong training and facilitation skills, excellent English communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to create or adapt learning content based on business needs.

• Deliver onboarding and training programs covering sales, customer experience, communication, English, leadership, and other business needs.

• Create, adapt, and personalize training materials based on business and learner needs.

• Deliver training through classroom, virtual, 1:1 coaching, and on-floor training.

• Conduct store visits across Egypt to deliver training and coach employees on the floor.

• Support employees’ development and career progression, including leadership training for potential promotions.

• Review and update training content to keep it relevant and effective.

• Support employees on learning platforms such as Chalhoub University.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Work with brands and internal teams to identify training needs and provide relevant L&D solutions.

• Stay updated on new training methods, tools, and learning ideas.

• Support relevant L&D projects and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 1–4 years of experience in Training, L&D, or Coaching.

• Retail experience is highly preferred. Hospitality & Sales too.

• Fluency in English is a MUST.

• Strong training delivery, presentation, and communication skills.

• Experience creating or adapting training materials.

• Strong coaching and facilitation skills.

• Good understanding of sales and customer experience.

• Comfortable delivering on-floor/store training and 1:1 coaching.

• Flexible and willing to travel across Egypt to support retail stores.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Training, Coaching, L&D, or relevant certifications are a plus.
