What you'll be doing
The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring an excellent online customer experience and driving online sales performance. The role involves managing website and mobile app content, monitoring product listings, coordinating with retail stores to resolve customer issues, and ensuring all online platforms are accurate, up to date, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's website and mobile application.
Ensure product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate and updated across all online platforms.
Monitor the customer journey on the website and app to ensure a seamless user experience.
Coordinate with retail stores and internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and order-related issues.
Follow up on customer inquiries received through online channels and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with stores to maintain accurate online inventory.
Support initiatives to improve online sales performance and conversion rates.
Identify website or application issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
Monitor the performance and presentation of online product categories, banners, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with e-commerce processes and operational standards.
Generate reports on online sales, customer feedback, and operational performance when required.
Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Customer Service, and IT teams to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
Proactively recommend improvements to enhance website functionality, customer satisfaction, and overall e-commerce performance.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce or Digital Retail is required.
Previous experience managing e-commerce websites, online marketplaces, or mobile applications.
Good understanding of online customer journeys and e-commerce best practices.
Experience handling customer complaints and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English
