We are looking for an experienced Country Logistics Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations across the country. This role is responsible for overseeing warehousing, import/export activities, transportation, distribution, and third-party logistics providers while driving operational excellence and ensuring high service levels.

What you'll be doing  

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, freight imports & exports, transportation, distribution, and inventory management.

• Ensure client contracts are effectively managed and logistics KPIs are consistently achieved.

• Manage relationships with freight carriers and third-party logistics providers, negotiating commercial agreements and driving continuous service improvements.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, process improvements, and logistics projects aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with company logistics policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a high-performance culture. 

What you’ll need to succeed  

• 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations within the Retail or FMCG industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations and third-party logistics providers.

• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage large teams and drive operational performance.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and strong commercial awareness.
