What you'll be doing
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the regional marketing strategy for four aspirational luxury brands: Swarovski, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, and Adolfo Dominguez. Reporting to the VP of Aspirational Luxury, you will oversee a marketing team of eight across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, and Bahrain. Your role will be pivotal in driving strategic alignment, ensuring excellence in execution, and establishing and managing strong relationships with a multitude of stakeholders—including global brand teams, local partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
Strategic Marketing & Brand Execution
- Drive omnichannel marketing strategy across retail and digital, ensuring seamless campaign execution and customer experience across touchpoints.
- Lead the influencer and content marketing approach, building long-term creator partnerships and optimizing digital amplification strategies for performance and brand awareness.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of brand strategies across omnichannel platforms—balancing global brand equity with regional relevance and local market nuances.
- Develop and activate influencer and content strategies to amplify brand storytelling and drive measurable acquisition and engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine campaign targeting and creative direction, aligned with evolving customer behavior and competitor positioning.
Commercial & Business Planning - Participate with the GM’s in strategic meetings with regional teams and partners…to discuss strategy and support in discussions around commercial conditions.
- Partner with GMs and commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial targets and customer demand planning.
- Work closely with commercial and planning teams to translate customer and commercial insights into marketing actions to directly contribute directly to top-line growth.
Performance Management & Budget Ownership - Define brand and team KPIs that align marketing performance with business goals and track results across key channels and campaigns.
- Own the marketing budget across all brands and markets, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and impactful spend allocation.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to senior leadership, translating complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead a diverse, multi-market team with a strong focus on empowerment, professional development, and high performance.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and brand alignment.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency by refining approval processes, reporting frameworks, and campaign coordination workflows.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience at a senior management level, with strong expertise in ecommerce and digital marketing
- Skilled in managing a wide range of stakeholders, from global brand principals to local market partners and internal commercial teams, with the ability to align cross-functional priorities and influence decisions at senior levels.
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating ambiguity and building trust across diverse teams and business units.
- Proven ability to deliver omnichannel marketing plans that connect online and in-store experiences.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with senior leadership, planning, finance, and brand HQs to align marketing with commercial goals.
- Demonstrated team leadership with a servant-leadership approach, fostering collaboration and leading with empathy.
- Creative and strategic thinker, adept at developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new brand launches in the region.
- Skilled in managing a wide range of stakeholders, including navigating complex or challenging relationships with diplomacy.
- Able to translate marketing strategies into clear, customer-centric KPIs and align them with overarching commercial and sales objectives.
- Brings a customer-first mindset, leveraging insights to inform cross-functional teams and drive business impact across the organisation.
