What you'll be doing

An exciting and challenging opportunity has come up for a Design Manager to be part of the PROJECTS department (in one of our own concept Brands-FACES).
We are looking for someone who can contribute to the creation of our brand image and guarantee the quality of our new stores design.
The Design Manager will support on the design, production and installation of our different size projects.

What you’ll need to succeed  

Work closely with the brands and provide support on the Brand roll out by:
-Handling 3D and 2D designs of different elements for architectural projects.
-Creating and developing schematic & technical drawings of the assigned projects and tasks.
-Providing Brands feedback and approval.
-Attending site visits 
-Creating snags & enhancements documentation of new stores.
-Sourcing and searching for new materials and approving existing ones.  

Design and supervision of architectural projects:
-Development and design of architectural projects based on commercial briefs and business needs.
-Create and develop schematic & technical drawings of the assigned projects.
-Check production drawings from suppliers/agencies and provide feedback and approval.

Contribute in the development of the existing Architectural Concept:
-Integrate, adapt and further develop the existing architectural concept and elements in order to elevate the brand image. 
-Contribute on the creation of Guidelines and Concept Brand Book.
-Study competition, organize market visits, be up to date on latest Beauty & Fashion trends.

• Experience Preference: Design and schematics drawings experience preferably in Beauty or Retail sectors with at least 3 years of managerial position
• Degree: Architect or interior design background

• Certifications/Skills:

• Autocad 2D (Advanced)
• 3D Sketchup
• Indesign / Photoshop
