What you'll be doing
As a Branding, PR, and Social Media Senior Associate, you will own the brand equity and the story telling of Erborian and Elemis in the region. You will be responsible for the execution of the brand strategy in the Middle East through content, PR and digital channels - creating brand key priorities, content calendar, a strong long term influencers community around the brands and a relevant digital and social organic presence in the Middle East.
You responsibilities include the following:
- Grow the local brand awareness and increase the desirability of the brand in the region through PR, Social, Digital, Influencer, Content.
- Define the brand awareness strategy leveraging digital, social, PR and influence investments in line with the Marketing Manager calendar.
- Elaborate a relevant and consistent content strategy considering global and local assets.
- Align with the digital and performance marketing teams on investments and content to boost.
- Allocate the brand investments in digital and PR following the brand strategy with the Brand Director and aligned with the Marketing Manager.
- Implement new strong and impactful marketing partnerships all year long with local brands and artists relevant for the brand.
- Boost our brand values and commitments to enhance the DNA of the brand in the region.
- Present and exchange with the global PR and digital teams in London and Paris.
- Build a relevant influence strategy following the brand values.
- Identify and recruit key influencers to represent the brand based on their content style, demographics, engagement, market relevance and impact.
- Build strong relationships with influencers and ambassadors of the brand.
- Handle the negotiation of influencers contracts following budget allowance.
- Secure FOC profiles through our connections and gifting in exchange for content.
- Create innovative and creative influencer campaigns with the brand marketing and digital teams.
- Implement all products seeding and create creative press kits - leading the creative design and production for press kits and seeding to influencers with the support of the agency.
- Lead the PR event in creating the event theme, mood board, production, and guest list attendance with the support of the agency.
- Manage the relationships with the PR agency, lead briefs and follow ups.
- Follow the content strategy of the two brands, adapt with existing global brand content as well as influencers UGC content and local assets to produce (shoot, video montage, photoshop) with the graphic design team and external suppliers to answer any brand needs.
- Create the monthly content calendar for all social media channels (Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram).
- Upload and adapt the provided content weekly to fit each social media channel in Arabic and English copywriting on all channels.
- Handle community management on the platforms.
- Paid digital = align with the digital teams on investments, platforms, content and messaging
- Follow up on our key PR KPIs = ROI, EMV, engagement rate, PR coverage of each of our activities and campaigns.
- Analyze our organic social media performance and boosted content on our platforms.
- Handle brand competition analysis and daily follow up of influencers account.
What you’ll need to succeed
- You possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in PR, preferably within the Beauty/ Skincare industry, or Fashion.
- You have experience in the GCC.
- You are preferably an Arabic speaker.
- You are a an outgoing and creative team player, with a passion for beauty/ skincare.
