What you'll be doing

As a Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics, a globally recognized leader in professional makeup artistry and inclusivity, you will deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience to ensure every client receives high-quality service that reflects the brand’s artistry, innovation, and commitment to self-expression, in alignment with MAC’s professional standards. You will also be responsible to:

• Provide expert makeup applications and tailored product demonstrations based on individual client needs.

• Drive sales performance by achieving targets, improving conversion rates, and maximizing average transaction value.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM tools and strategies to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and brand guidelines to ensure professional and credible representation.

• Support daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

• Contribute to in-store events, promotions, and activations to attract new customers and strengthen brand presence.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and store management to achieve business objectives and ensure smooth operations.

• Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and sustainability guidelines to maintain a compliant and professional environment.

• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and development programs to continuously enhance skills and performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience in beauty retail, with a strong understanding of customer service and sales environments.

• Excellent makeup artistry skills, with the ability to create looks tailored to diverse client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering personalized and authentic client experiences.

• Results-driven mindset, with the ability to understand and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work retail hours and rotate to different store locations, as per business requirements.
