What you'll be doing
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specialized in luxury home decoration to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and elevating our brand presence within the design and architects’ community. This role requires a keen understanding of the luxury market, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build a strong relationship with local designers and key stakeholders in events and gifting.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury home decoration market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and upcoming projects.
Brand Presence and Image Enhancement:
Strategically position our brand within the design and architectural community.
Identify and engage with key influencers, designers, and architects to enhance our brand image.
Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their gifting needs and promote our luxury gifts and seasonal corporate gifts.
Develop tailored solutions for corporate partners, aligning our offerings with their brand values.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven track record in luxury home decoration sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
In-depth understanding of the luxury market, design industry, and corporate gifting trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
