What you'll be doing
The Associate, CVP - Redemption & Benefits is a key operational pillar within the CVP ecosystem across the app and web. This role’s mission is to ensure that the redemption offers, the benefits catalogue, and the activations run smoothly.
In this role you will be accountable for the following:
Redemption Operations
• Manage daily processing of redemption requests across all channels (app, web, in-store)
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve operational issues and escalations
• Verify member eligibility, points deduction, and transaction accuracy
Catalogue & Content Management
• Maintain and update the rewards catalogue (content, points value, T&Cs)
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with internal teams and partners
• Ensure timely publishing and prioritisation of offers based on agreed calendars
Partner & Vendor Coordination
• Act as the operational point of contact for vendors, partner brands, and logistics teams
• Manage onboarding and documentation for new partners and monitor SLA compliance
Customer Experience & Support
• Work with Customer Service to resolve redemption-related queries and complaints
• Help drive continuous improvement of processes, FAQs, and in-app redemption flows through QA and feedback
Campaigns, Activations & Launches
• Support operational delivery of campaigns and promotions (planning, testing, go-live, monitoring)
• Participate in UAT and ensure alignment between Marketing, CRM, and Operations
Reporting & Analysis
• Produce regular reports on redemptions, delivery performance, issues, and satisfaction
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure adherence to rewards T&Cs, privacy policies, and internal operational standards
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and operational playbooks
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
4+ years’ experience in operational roles within loyalty, marketing, e‑commerce, or catalogue management environment
Customer‑service oriented with sensitivity to premium experiences
Experience with points‑based programmes and/or practical knowledge of loyalty-CRM platforms would be a plus
Analytical mind with advanced Excel skills will make a difference
Some experience in luxury retail would help for a smooth induction
