Role Overview TUMI, LACOSTE, AXEL ARIGATO
The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in the execution of brand, digital, and retail initiatives. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to campaign planning, content coordination, reporting, and operational follow-ups while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
What you'll be doing
1. Campaign & Activation Support
Assist in the coordination and rollout of seasonal campaigns and brand activations.
Support in preparing campaign briefs and consolidating agency deliverables.
Track timelines and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders.
Assist in event logistics and on-ground activations when required.
2. Content & Digital Support
Support omnichannel content calendar
Coordinate with creative/design teams on required assets.
Assist in proofreading captions and ensuring brand tone consistency.
Monitor live campaigns and flag any inconsistencies or performance concerns.
3. Reporting & Analysis
Compile weekly and monthly performance reports In coordination with all stakeholders Ecom/perf marketer, CRM, retail activations etc..
Track KPIs such as engagement rate, traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition metrics.
Assist in benchmarking competitors and market trends.
Support in preparing presentation decks for internal meetings.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain organized documentation of marketing materials and approvals.
Support in invoice tracking and budget reconciliation.
Coordinate with suppliers and agencies for quotations and timelines.
What you’ll need to succeed
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, canva)
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
