What You’ll Be Doing

The trainee will support the marketing team across content creation, social media, campaigns, and events. Bringing ideas to life through digital content, assist with event activations, conduct market research, and support day-to-day coordination.

• Support content creation across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and interact with the online community

• Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral content ideas

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns, including performance reporting

• Create and adapt visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite

• Support basic video editing, GIF creation, and content library management

• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing insights

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, activations, or pop-ups, including on-ground support

• Capture event content for social and marketing use

• Support general administrative tasks such as updating content calendars, organizing documents, and coordinating with the team

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and social media

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends

• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Suite

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
