What you'll be doing  

 Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L, cost tracking, and performance dashboards

• Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide clear explanations to stakeholders

• Support the preparation of management reports and presentations for leadership reviews

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports and systems

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles

• Assist in consolidating inputs from business stakeholders

• Track budget consumption and highlight risks or deviations early

• Maintain financial models and assumptions used for planning

Business Support

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business drivers and financial impacts

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives, projects, or cost optimization efforts

• Support business cases, ROI analysis, and scenario modelling as required

Controls & Governance

• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and procedures

• Support audit requests and documentation where required

• Maintain organized financial files and data repositories

What you’ll need to succeed  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, reporting, or accounting

• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA), part-qualified or in progress, is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Critical thinking skills

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Good command of the English language
