What you'll be doing  

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Treasury Manager to oversee and optimize our company's financial activities related to liquidity, risk management, and capital structure.

As a Treasury Manager, you will ensure effective external funding structure, proper cash flow management, develop strategies for funding and investment, and mitigate financial risks to support the company's growth and stability. Your key responsibilities will include the below:

• Manage cash management operations, including forecasting, liquidity planning, and if needed banking relationships.

• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls.

• Monitor and manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.

• Optimize cash flow and working capital to ensure operational efficiency.

• Assess and mitigate financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and credit.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external financial institutions to execute funding strategies.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, covenants and reporting standards.

• Lead treasury-related projects, including system implementations and process improvements.

What you’ll need to succeed  

• You possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.

• You have of 6 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or banking.

• You have a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and treasury management systems.

• You possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• You have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet set timelines.

• You preferably have experience in financial services within a Big 4 firm.

• You are fluent in English. Arabic and French are a plus.
