What you'll be doing

• Learn to provide expert makeup applications and tailored product demonstrations based on individual client needs.

• Drive sales performance by achieving targets, improving conversion rates, and maximizing average transaction value.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM tools and strategies to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and brand guidelines to ensure professional and credible representation.

• Support daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

• Contribute to in-store events, promotions, and activations to attract new customers and strengthen brand presence.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and store management to achieve business objectives and ensure smooth operations.

• Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and sustainability guidelines to maintain a compliant and professional environment.

• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and development programs to continuously enhance skills and performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

• A strong interest and enthusiasm for makeup artistry, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.

• A positive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand basic sales goals and gradually build confidence in achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Flexibility and adaptability, including a willingness to work retail hours and support different store locations as part of your learning experience.

• Openness to feedback, training, and continuous improvement in both product knowledge and customer service skills.
