Job Summary
The Brand Trainee will support brand operations and work closely with the General Manager to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day retail management. This role is designed for a motivated individual who is eager to learn, highly organized, and enthusiastic about fashion and brand operations. The trainee will assist with operational, reporting, and analytical tasks, building foundational skills to grow within the brand team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager and retail team in daily store operations, including inventory management, SKUing, and stock organization.
Support preparation of basic reports on sales, stock levels, and operational performance using Excel.
Participate in market and store visits to understand competitor activity and customer experience.
Support the implementation of retail initiatives and campaigns under guidance.
Help maintain high standards of merchandising, visual presentation, and customer service.
Assist in monitoring sales performance and identifying simple trends or opportunities for improvement.
Learn to handle routine operational and administrative tasks, escalating complex issues to the General Manager.
Participate in cross-functional projects and on-the-job training to develop retail knowledge.
