What you'll be doing
As a Senior Associate – Paid Media for Level Shoes, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms for GCC and USA markets. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, covering campaign setup, daily monitoring, optimization, reporting, and insight sharing.
The role also manages marketing collaboration campaigns with the brands we carry as a multi-brand e-commerce platform, from planning and budgeting to campaign launch, optimization, and performance reporting.
You responsibilities will include the below:
Plan, launch, and continuously optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, Apple Search Ads, paid social, and display, with a strong focus on driving conversions, qualified traffic, and app installs.
Apply advanced audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and performance.
Collaborate closely with Trade, CRM, Content, and Social Media teams to ensure campaigns are seamlessly executed and aligned with commercial and engagement goals.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics tools to evaluate key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and engagement.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategy, improve ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare clear and insightful reports for internal stakeholders and brand partners, highlighting impact, learnings, and optimization outcomes.
Manage marketing collaborations with brand partners from planning to execution to reporting, ensuring objectives are achieved and partnerships deliver measurable value.
Communicate results and insights effectively to internal teams and external partners, driving alignment and continuous improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
You ideally have experience in a retail environment with a preference for Luxury retail.
You have hands-on experience in Google Ads & Paid Social campaign execution.
You are proficient in digital tools, platforms, and marketing technologies.
You have a strong analytical and problem solving mindset.
You are highly attentive to details in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
You have the ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketing collaborations simultaneously.
You are a strong communicator and possess strong coordination skills to align with internal teams and external brand partners.
