What you'll be doing
Purchase Order Creation & Coordination
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and in line with brand and category requirements.
- Monitor PO status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all records are maintained and reconciled.
Replenishment & Inventory Coordination
- Track stock levels across stores and warehouses to maintain optimal availability of core and hero products.
- Initiate replenishment orders based on sales trends, stock coverage, and upcoming activations.
Podium & Event Support
- Provide operational and product support for podiums, in-store events, and brand activations.
- Ensure all event-related products, materials, and deliveries are prepared on time and aligned with marketing timelines.
New Launch Coordination & Timeline Coordination
- Track shipment and delivery schedules to guarantee on-time availability for launch dates.
- Manage timing and logistics for new product launches in collaboration with brand, logistics, and retail teams.
Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and consolidate sales, stock, and purchase data to support category planning and decision-making.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Share regular reports and key insights with management and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll need to succeed
Numerically driven with high attention to accuracy and detail.
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data, formulas, and reports.
Demonstrates a strong aptitude for numbers, systems, and process optimization.
Highly organized and methodical, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
Proactive and curious, eager to learn and continuously improve processes.
