What you'll be doing
In this senior leadership role, you will shape and deliver the Beauty division’s omni-channel strategy, driving seamless customer experiences, profitable growth, and long-term value across retail, eCommerce, CRM, and digital touchpoints. Operating at the intersection of commercial performance, customer insight, and innovation, you will play a critical role in scaling the business across multiple premium and luxury beauty portfolios.
Define and execute the Beauty division’s end-to-end omni-channel strategy across retail, eCommerce, CRM, and digital touchpoints to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Lead and scale the eCommerce function, including trading, performance marketing, operations, and profitability, with full P&L ownership.
Own and drive the CRM strategy to strengthen customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all channels.
Monitor and analyze omni-channel performance, translating data and insights into actionable growth and optimization initiatives.
Manage omni-channel budgets, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with business priorities.
Partner closely with marketing, commercial, and central omni-channel teams to ensure integrated and consistent execution across brands and platforms.
Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in omni-channel retail.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing eCommerce and CRM teams, fostering a collaborative, customer-centric, and results-driven culture.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven track record of scaling profitable eCommerce businesses across multiple markets, with strong P&L ownership experience.
10+ years of senior experience in eCommerce, digital, or omni-channel leadership roles within luxury or premium retail environments.
Deep understanding of omni-channel retail models, customer experience excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into execution at scale.
Highly analytical mindset, with experience using performance metrics and insights to drive growth.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a complex, matrix organization.
Regional or international exposure is valued, with the ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Previous experience with luxury beauty is strongly preferred for this role; luxury or premium fashion experience may be considered as a secondary alternative.
