What you'll be doing
The Senior Associate - Digital Marketing will drive qualified traffic, conversion, and online revenue for Tryano eCommerce by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and performance channels, while supporting brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention in line with the eCommerce relaunch and growth strategy.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social, CRM, and onsite channels to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Manage performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, etc.) and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics.
Own the day-to-day execution of campaign calendars aligned with trading priorities, product launches, and promotional moments.
Work closely with brand, creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure campaigns are accurately briefed, delivered on time, and on brand.
Support CRM initiatives including email, push notifications, and customer segmentation to drive retention and repeat purchase.
Monitor and report on digital performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage budgets, track spend, and ensure efficient allocation across channels.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners where applicable.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve performance.
Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance results.
What you’ll need to succeed
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within eCommerce, retail, or fashion.
Hands-on experience managing paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, AOV).
Experience working with CRM tools and customer journeys (email, push, segmentation).
Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with focus on growth and optimization.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
